While the property is not bad and the location is quite good, I can't recommend this hotel in the least given how I was deceived and then charged twice. As soon as I was checking-in the concierge Ricardo noticed that two rooms, rather than the one I needed for myself, had been reserved in my name. He told me that I shouldn't worry, that he was going to find out what happened and let me know. Not only did he not tell me what he found out and never showed up again, but he proceeded to charge both rooms to me later on. I contacted the hotel and him multiple times to clear up the issue to no avail; he even blocked my number.

Perfect location, friendly staff, ideal for couple

The hotel only has a few rooms on the bottom floor of a beautiful 16th century bldg converted to apartments. The location is perfect: 10 minute walks to St. Peter's Basilica, Piazza Navona. 4 minute walk to taxi pickup/dropoff area. The staff are friendly, helpful, and there was no issues as far as communication was concerned. Airport shuttles are NOT complimentary though available (50 Euros) and the desk is not manned 24 hours a day...they give you an emergency number to call if an issue arises. The rooms are clean but rather small, though adequate with decent complimentary WiFi. The bathroom was spotless, however, there is no counter space therein and the showers are tiny and slippery -- be careful in and out. The air conditioning worked perfectly and is entirely in the control of the guest which is a great plus during the summer Roman heat. The mattress was a bit worn and hard, one could feel the springs a little but we both rested well each night. Continental breakfast is available each morning from 0600-0800, the cappuccino is the best I've every had anywhere in the world! Overall, this is perfect for a couple who is out and about and wants to take on Rome all day and all night, then have a clean quaint place to rest up within walking distance. Very pleased.

Hotel molto comodo e dotato di tutti i confort.

L'hotel si trova proprio dietro a Castel Sant'Angelo e dista 15 minuti a piedi dalla metro Lepanto. Si trova all'interno di un palazzo molto bello e accogliente. Le stanze sono ampie e fornite con tutti i confort (tv, frigo,caloriferi, condizionatori). Ogni giorno le stanze venivano rifatte con cambi di asciugamani e pulizia del bagno. Si dorme benissimo in quanto non si sentono rumori né dalla strada né dalle altre stanze. La colazione è ricca e variegata. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto premuroso anche nel consigliarci i ristoranti migliori nella zona. Consigliato!

Nice B&B to stay

Had a great stay. Stefano provided timely and effective advice on places to visit and things to be careful with, which really made our life lot easier during our short stay and visit. He even assisted us to purchase ticket for Vatican Museum and provided us with information on where to go and purchase a ticket from for the Colloseum.

Nonostante la prenotazione fosse stata regolarmente confermata, all'ultimo momento, hanno trasferito un nostro ospite presso una pensione fatiscente, pur avendoci rassicurato che si sarebbe trattato di una sistemazione decorosa. In questi casi, quando si crea un disguido al cliente, un albergo professionale, trasferisce l'ospite in una struttura uguale o superiore a quella prenotata, prendendosi carico della eventuale differenza.

Für alle die Rom erleben möchten, hat dieses kleine Hotel eine ideale Lage. Zu Fuß sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen - aber auch per Bus oder Metro. Für Städtetrips eine gute Unterkunft, da diese ja keinen Wellnessurlaub sind und damit deckt das Hotel alle Bedürfnisse ab.

A Roma per un corso di formazione, ne ho approfittato per aggiungere anche il weekend. Il soggiorno all'hotel è stato perfetto. Ha forse più lo stile di un B&B ma non manca nulla

Wifi גרוע בחדרים. עזבנו את רומא ליומיים והיינו צפויים לחזור למלון(הכל תואם איתם בהזמנות מראש). כשחזרנו מסתבר שהם טעו בארגון ההזמנות ולא היה להם חדר עבורינו. הועברנו למלון אחר, מיקום אחר, ללא wifi בחדרים או בקומה ואף ללא שמיכה. תמוה בעיני שהגיעו לביקורות כל כך גבוהות. מיקום בעייתי, תמורה מאוד נמוכה למחיר, חדרים פצפונים, שירות עלוב.

Great for sight seeing

Very nice hotel with easy access to all sight seeing opportunities. The staff was great. The neighborhood was very quiet. The room was a bit small and the beds were hard but still overall a great place to stay. Nice breakfast.

Nice location but not much else

We thought we were getting a room with three separate beds but in fact it was a double bed and a tiny camp bed. There was no breakfast ready until 8 a.m. and we had to leave at 7:30. Fortunately as we were leaving, a large tray of pastries had been delivered outside, so we helped ourselves, since there were no staff around. A good location opposite Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Cavour behind, not too expensive but fairly poor facilities and service

Dejlig centralt til prisen.

Perfekt beliggenhed 10 min gang til Peterskirken. Meget hjælpsom personale. Dejligt hotel til prisen. Kedelig og tør morgenmad, wi-fi er meget dårlig, men alt i alt et dejligt ophold til en meget fornuftig pris.
