Wir haben kurzfristig eine andere, besser gelegene und sicherlich großzügigere Wohnung erhalten, weil die andere nicht mehr vermietet wird. Aufgrund von Corona haben wir mit unseren beiden Kindern alle Wege zu Fuß zurück gelegt, was ohne Probleme möglich war. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr modern und mit Sauna und Whirlpool sicherlich extravagant. Der Kontakt zu den Menschen vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder...

Best spot in Rome, especially for the Vatican

It's a truly fantastic place to stay. I loved it. Very polite and welcoming host. Very comfortable and less than 10 mins walk to a lot of really good restaurants and cafes. Plus you can see the Vatican walls from right outside your window. Lots of Sky Cinema channels if you're indoors on a rainy day. Smart TV in the living room allows you to watch shows streaming from your mobile device. Comfy couch, double bed and single bed. There is a TV in the bedroom as well. Full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge, freezer etc. Elevator in the building. Nice quiet courtyard/garden area in the middle of the building. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Biggest bathroom sink I've ever seen in my life. No cleaning fee. About 5 mins walk to Red line subway stop (Ottaviano), which is very convenient. Washing machine in bathroom. Or laundromat across the street. I didn't use either but good to have. A popular chain grocery store just around the corner, about 2 mins walk. Less than 10 mins walk to St Peter's Basilica. 4 mins walk to the Vatican Museum. Lots of clothing stores nearby. The only issue I had was the wifi worked only every other day during half of my 5 day stay. When it was on, it worked great. Very fast. I was provided a number to reach out to with any problems, which I should have done, so that's on me. I have a generous data plan so it wasn't a big deal for me. Other than that, the place is an absolute A+. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay again.

Great place, location and host

It was great to stay at this place. The location is amazing, you can see the Vatican walls from the windows and the street. It is a very short walk to the main square there in Vatican. Besides, the place is simply great - it is big, clean, modern, we felt simply great there. Plus I must say that the service was the highest class - very easy to communicate with, very responsive, prone to give a lot of good tips (both online and during the checkin). Simply recommend it, you will be happy!

Nice and clean apartment with great location. Save to make evening walks around Vatican, Angels castle, wonderful Romes' piazzas. Thereare 2 shops near the apartnent, one is 24/7. Near to metro station Ottaviano, line A.

Good location

Very good location. Can see the Vatican wall from the window. Also it is only about a 10 min walk from the metro. The place is great for families with many good restaurants in the area. The staff meet you at the apartment and provide you with a map of the area and give recommendations of places to visit and see. They were very helpful. The apartment does not have a maid service during your stay. The only thing that could have been better was the pillows were very thin and hard, but they do provide you with extra pillows. Overall we enjoyed are stay here and would stay there again.

Our stay at Vaticano

Hand over of keys worked out comfortably. Shower cabin needs replacement, water leaks out on the floor/ First time renting private apt. Very happy with experience, including own breakfast cooking/dinners. Will definitely rent private in the future. Doing it through Hotels.com is "insurance" against scams and gives peace of mind..

La ubicación es muy buena, y el espacio del departamento es maravilloso , tiene todas las comodidades , lo único es que no hay personal más que a tu llegada , te enseñan el departamento y se van , no hay limpieza diaria como en un hotel , esa es la desventaja que le veo , pero en general es muy buena opción !

바티칸에서 아주 가까운 위치의 깨끗한 숙소. 지하철 역도 가까운 편. 주방과 세탁기 등이 완비되었으며 침대도 4인 가족이 모두 편안히 지낼 수 있음. 유일한 단점은 매우 오래된 에어컨. 우리가 체류하는 동안 로마가 몹시 더웠는데 에어컨은 오래된 기종이라 매우 약했으며 먼지가 너무 많이 눈에 띄어 사용이 망서려졌음.

Good value for a family in a Great location

This recently renovated apartment is very reasonable and comfortable for a family of 4 or 5. It is NOT a full service hotel. The cleaning service comes every 9 days so if you stay less (as we did) it won't matter. The management staff speaks English and is willing to help with almost anything to ensure an enjoyable stay. Rome is a beautiful city but very hot in the Summer months. The two small air conditioning units in this apartment were woefully inadequate. On most nights, my family had trouble sleeping because it was too hot. Other than that, the apartment served its purpose and we stayed out most of the time anyway. The location is truly outstanding -- minutes from Vatican city and numerous restaurants, ATMs, shops, grocery stores, gelato stands, metro stations, etc. Be prepared to pay a tourist fee in cash upon arrival. Also, if you want to pay by credit card, be prepared to pay an additional 5% service charge. Neither were explained to us prior to arrival.

I enjoyed the spacious, renovated well equipped apartment and the great Trionfale market nearby, as well as the shopping in Via Cola di Rienzi. I couldn't get the Tv in the living room to work, but I,m not very tech savvy. Wi fi worked very well. I walked along the river everyday, if you use the metro with luggage the Cipro station has a lift, not all stations do.

excelente departamento para visitar roma

El departamento esta muy bien tiene todo lo necesario, tiene una excelente ubicacion ya que esta a 5 minutos dela entrada al museo del Vaticano y a menos de 10minutos al Vaticano, ademas a la vuelta esta un supermercado donde puedes comprar la despensa sin embargo, yo tuve problema para localizar el lugar porque unicamente me dijeron que estaba en Santa Maura pero no decia numero entonces tuve que hablar y que me dieran el numero y esperar 10 minutos a que llegaran a abrirnos el departamento, considero que no les cuesta nada decir el numero exterior y que tengan a alguien esperando ahi a que uno llegue.
