We had a great stay, we were only in Rome for three nights so this was a perfect spot! Close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was comfortable, easily accessed with everything we needed. Communicate with the staff was excellent and they gave us some great ideas for local restaurants and the best Gelato at our doorstep!

Amazing location!

We came to Rome in peak summer heat with daily averages of 38C. This place was walking distance to everything, with walks from 7-20 minutes. So we could come home, enjoy the wifi and AC while planning our next outing. Grocery stores nearby and transit too. This is a perfect place for a couple to enjoy Rome.

Perfect!

I am a single senior woman who came to Rome to study Italian language for 2 weeks at Ciao Italian school and this was absolutely perfect. Very short easy walk. Very safe. Very quiet. Excellent communication and very helpful. Very clean and pleasant. Lots of restaurants very near and gelato almost at the doorstep. Elevator - great.

Le propriétaire est absent et bien trop econome

Location bien trop petite et le soi disant balcon n’est qu’un lieu de passage où il est impossible de se reposer.le matériel de cuisine est nul et limite dangereux(poignée de poêle récolée avec du scotch !)la situation est par contre idéale.

Très bon emplacement

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome. 2mn du métro, 15mn de la gare 10mn du colisée. Convient pour un court séjour, une semaine trop long pour nous dans cet appartement. Propreté très moyenne. 0 contact avec la propriétaire qui habite pourtant le même immeuble, alors que nous avons eu 2 soirées sans électricité (ni eau chaude). Bref moyen moyen mais bien placé.

Cosy studio in ideal location

Wonderful from the moment of entering: A warm, comfortable atmosphere, a small room, but everything you need is there. A Bonus: The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The first pizzeria is only a few steps from the front door, in the same building. The location is right in the oldest part of Rome, cobblestones, few cars, cafes and restaurants just one next to the other. A supermarket only 5 min. walking away. Same for the Metrostation.Really a most beautiful place!

Intro to Rome, perfect place for two

We arrived, and the pictures are exactly as it is in reality. We arrived and waited a few minutes for the key but no issues. The apartment is small and perfect for two people but not much more. BIG PLUS, the place is equipped with A/C, which is perfect and essential during the hot summer this year in Rome with Heat over 90 F or 32.2 C. Orietta is a great host; THANK YOU. The apartment is very central to every amazing site. Looking forward to a return trip with my mother.

Great location…basic apartment

The apartment as in a great location. It is very basic. It would have been nice to have a few more things like glasses, wine glasses in particular. It was quiet at night and the air conditioner kept it cool. We enjoyed sitting at the little outdoor table.

Perfect place for stay in Rome

This fit my needs perfectly for a centrally located, efficient, and quiet place to stay while sight seeing in Rome. Nine minute walk to the Colosseum; three minutes to the Cavour Metro Station; 100 meters to a Meta grocery. A hot plate, refrigerator and kitchen items made it easy to prepare my own meals. Clean and comfortable. Flawless check-in. Thanks!

Perfect for a solo or couple travellers

The photos posted is accurate to the room. The communication with Orietta was great. She was very quick in responding. The cleaner, Silvia was our point of contact the day we were checking in. Check in was smooth, even though we arrived really early and the previous guest was still inside, there was a restaurant nearby where we stayed and had breakfast while Silvia was cleaning. She kept us informed as to when we can drop off our bags and explore for a bit. The room was clean when we came back. The location was great! Very close to bars, restaurants, an awesome gelato place, and a 10min walk to the Colosseum. Check out was very smooth and simple.

wunderschöne, kleine Ferienwohnung im Zentrum Roms

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Sie liegt mitten in der Stadt; dabei aber ganz ruhig. Man ist von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Charming apartment, great location

This apartment was charming with its unique decor and beautiful entryway (you walk across a balcony with lots of plants to get to your front door). We enjoyed the restaurants and shops in the neighborhood nearby, and how close we were to the Colosseo and the Foro Romano. We were also very close to a Metro stop. One of the perks of this apartment is that it has its own toilet and shower, something that not all rentals have. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Vraiment très bien

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce studio clair, propre, spacieux, moderne, dans un quartier très agréable, idéal pour deux personnes. Il correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. L'accueil a été réalisé selon les conditions convenues. Le soir, on entend un peu les bruits du quartier, mais la nuit est calme. Le soir aussi, les odeurs montent des restaurants voisins, mais ce sont de bonnes odeurs qui mettent en appétit. Etant situé au 3ème étage, l'ascenseur est très appréciable le soir après une journée de marche dans Rome. Le studio est très bien situé aussi pour les transports en commun: à 200 m de la station de métro Cavour, ce qui permet d'aller facilement à la cité du Vatican, à la place d'Espagne ou la place du Peuple. A 700 m seulement aussi du Colisée ou du Forum romain, et à 1 km de la Piazza Venezia. Le seul petit bémol lorsque l'on aime prendre un grand bol de café le matin, il n'y a qu'une petite cafetière italienne. Mais on s'adapte. Nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander.

Delightful. Very quiet. Wonderful location.

LOVED our 9-day stay in this delightful small apartment. Very nice and discreet owner; great communication. Beautiful very clean little studio. Very small but everything we needed was there. No TV (we used the tablet). Wifi, elevator. Wonderful area, full of life and tiny trendy places (galleries, cafés, countless restaurants, bars - Charity Jazz Café on Palisperna is a must - bookstores, etc.)... very near extraordinary Roman Forum and Coliseum... and also 20 min. walk to Termini. Super location. Nightlife... But apartment very quiet. Quaint beautiful Monti! We are still there in our head... and hope to return in a not too far future! Merci beaucoup, grazie mille, Orietta!!
