Roof Suite Rome offers elegantly furnished rooms with parquet floors in Rome, a 15-minute walk from both Piazza di Spagna and Trevi Fountain. Free WiFi is provided throughout.
Space The Roof Suite Rome is a very particular structure where it took many months to restore it. Inside there are 3 suites plus a beautiful lounge with frescoed ceilings, on the upper floor a beautiful terrace awaits you for breakfast and more. We remind you that it is possible to organize dinners prepared by a chef
Access for guests Guests will be able to access all internal and external spaces of the property. The apartment is solely for guests who rent it
Other things to keep in mind If you want, breakfast can be served by one of our collaborators. part of the products served are organic. The rooms have SMART televisions. In the room and in the living room you will have the opportunity to listen to music from your smart phone. An exceptional experience

If I won the lottery, this is the apartment I would buy. The bedrooms are like a boutique hotel; the living room is beautiful; the rooftop terrace is exquisite. Plus the breakfast is 5 star. We were there with two teenagers and a younger kid. They all had a lovely time. The location is excellent… ten minutes walk from Trevi, and short Uber to Pantheon. Andrea was a very kind host and made arrangements for us to relax before check in because our flight was early. I would love to return in the future, and would like to thank Andrea and his team Alessandro & Pasha for the exceptional hospitality.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in room. Owner was communicative and helpful. The apartment served our family of 6 beautifully. The rooftop deck was gorgeous. The lovely Pasha came each morning and made us the most fabulous breakfast that we enjoyed outside. We loved it here so much! It is on the 6th floor with a very small but serviceable elevator, but large groups may have take take turns waiting or take the stairs.

Great property for family or friends. Great area with walking distance to everything. Pasha makes breakfast everyday on the outside upper deck and cleans the house. She will also help with laundry and take out dry cleaning if needed. Chef dinner by Alesandro a must. The concierge can arrange airport pick up, dinner reservations and 1day laundry. Great place and had a wonderful time.

Gorgeous Rome apartment at its best

The apartment s chic, spotless and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Homemade breakfast served every morning and the most perfect roof top deck. The rooftop can be covered from any weather elements. It’s a huge bonus space and a delightful way to start and finish the day. Easily accessible in-house laundry is very helpful. This apartment and it’s proximity to the hot spots couldn’t be better. Fairly priced. Thank you!!

We loved this VRBO!

Roof Suite Rome was everything we expected and more. It has the advantages of a luxury three bedroom penthouse VRBO, daily hotel housekeeping service, full breakfast, and the availability of a private chef. We asked Allesandro, our private chef to prepare a light snack when we arrived and a special dinner to celebrate my son’s birthday. Allesandro was very accommodative to our special requests and exceeded our expectations for both meals. Best of all, the meals were served on the roof top terrace overlooking the city. The rooftop terrace is mostly covered and has clear plastic wind/weather sheeting that can be raised or lowered as needed making that area useable under most weather conditions. The bedrooms and living room are connected to the terrace by stairways and have high ceilings and very nice bathrooms. The master is the most spacious and contains a shower tub. If you prefer a full shower, the living room has a bathroom with a full shower. One of the bedrooms has its own terrace with retractable awnings. Its a great space for morning coffee or a late afternoon glass of wine. Several mornings we had early morning tours and did not have time for a full breakfast. On those days, they kindly prepared pastries and left juice in the refrigerator. We also liked the location of this VRBO in the Monte district. It was walking distance to the Trevi fountain and many other sites. Considering everything, this was one of my favorite VRBO’s and made our visit to Rome extra special.

Beautiful apartment and service

Our family stayed 4 nights in the middle of July. The apartment was beautful as described, with lots of sapce, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. All the amenities like Wifi and air conditioning worked really well. Roof deck was perfect - a little hot in the morning sun but very pleasant in the evening even on 95F/35C hot days. The thing that really stood out for us was the service, which frankly they kind of undersell in the listing. The kitchen was small but very functional and fully stocked. They have staff who come and make an amazing, almost overwhelming breakfast fresh every morning do a full cleaning service every day, like a hotel. There was always food in the kitchen to snack on and drinks available. They were responsive to email and WhatsApp both before and during the stay. And when there was a taxi driver strike on the day of our departure, they offered to walk with us and carry our luggage to the train station. All of this was included; the only thing that was extra was having chef Alessandro prepare a wonderful dinner for us on the roof deck, which was totally worth it. Location was great; most of Central rome within 15-20 minutes. Trastavere and Vatican were a little farther but we were stil able to walk there. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Luxurious accommodations and highly attentive staff

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay at this luxurious apartment in Rome. We had three lovely rooms each with a modern en-suite bath plus a large living room with an additional full-bath as a bonus. But the real highlight was the Rooftop deck with an outdoor eating area. The view was amazing, and the flowers were beautiful. Our host and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and welcoming. Each morning we had a fantastic European breakfast with a wide range of items to choose (>20). The support wasn’t limited to the apartment. Andrea graciously offered to arrange for ground transportation for us both at the time of arrival and departure. We look forward to another stay sometime soon.

Amazing Girls' Trip to Rome!

The Rooftop Suite is perfectly located and absolutely beautiful! Andrea was a spectacular host and happy to attend to our every want. Upon our arrival we immediately jumped into touring this magnificent city. When we returned, Alessandro was preparing us a meal we will never forget (he even shared his recipes!) on the roof top terrace overlooking the city at sunset. It was magical! We're already talking about coming back! Thank you Andrea for everything!
