  • Our small apartment, the result of hard work and love, has just been renovated to best welcome all guests who want to immerse themselves in this unique neighborhood.
    Located on the first floor, with a private entrance directly off the street, it puts you right in the heart of the neighborhood. Featuring an open-concept kitchen and living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom, it’s perfect for a couple of adults, with the option to accommodate a third person on the sofa bed. Unfortunately, it is not equipped for infants. Equipped with all amenities, including a washing machine and iron, it’s perfect for both short and long stays. An air conditioner provides both cooling and heating during the winter. Self-check-in allows you to access the apartment at any time after cleaning.
    The location in this fantastic neighborhood makes our apartment unique and allows you to fully enjoy the wonders of Rome from a prime location, just two minutes from the Colosseum. We also provide our guests with plenty of recommendations on restaurants, sightseeing, and all the secrets of Rome’s oldest neighborhood.

Fabulous stay. Very clean apartment and very close walking distance to all major sites, restaurants and transport. Would recommend and would return here when we next visit Rome. Francesca was extremely helpful throughout our visit.

Francesca was a great host for a great apartment. Convenient walking distance to almost everything we were interested in. Subway station right around the corner for longer treks. Look no further.

This apartment was a great place to stay. So comfortable and convenient and on a quiet block, and so close to everything. Francesca was quick answering and very friendly. There was nothing I felt like I needed. I’d happily stay here again.

The location was ideal! As advertised, it's a short walk to the Colosseum, dining options and shops, but also just far enough that you get away from the crowds. The property was clean and came equipped with everything you might need on your trip — even spare power converters for those of us traveling from the U.S. Francesca gave incredibly clear and detailed instructions for check-in/check-out as well as how to use all of the appliances. We really enjoyed our stay!

Francesa was very involved in making sure we were situated. The instructions booklet outlined the apt operations (in English). The apt was small as noted but was fine for me and my son for our week long stay. The location was ideal. A walk from the Termini Centrale. A twenty minute walk in any direction got you to nearly anywhere we wanted to be. The neighborhood was great. plenty of restaurants, groceries, gelaterias.

First trip to Rome and couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. Francesca was extremely helpful and made our stay stress free. The place is cute and clean, with thoughtful little touches.

Great place

Great stay for a couple (we are in our 60's). Within walking distance to many attractions in Rome, and places to eat. Our host Francesca kept in touch and made sure we were informed. Would definitely book again.

Cozy nest, vibrant neighborhood. Apartment was furnished to a high standard, and Hostess was outstanding. Touches like a useful first aid kit, all cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, snacks, phone charger, and on and on made the stay much more pleasant than usual.

From the moment I saw this listing to checkout, I have been so impressed. Francesca was wonderful to deal with and she was extremely prompt with her communication. Klein aber fein mit perfekter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war klein aber fein und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral; man befindet sich direkt im Zentrum und hat nur wenige Gehminuten zu den besten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Zu Beginn ging unser Herd nicht, deshalb hat Francesca direkt für einen Ersatz gesorgt.

This flat is perfect for two people and in such a great area where everything is walkable. The owner replies to messages incredibly fast and we had no problems. The road could be a little bit noisy at times but it did not bother us through the night. I would recommend this place to anyone as it had everything you needed. It was super clean and I could not fault it.

AMAZING host and PERFECT location!

This was our first time in Italy, and Francesca’s apartment was the perfect spot for all the places we wanted to visit while in Rome. Her place was clean, very cute, and the perfect size for me and my husband! While we planned all of the sites we wanted to see, we had no idea where to eat, so Francesca was always readily available to suggest local-approved places to eat! Honestly, she was readily available to answer any question we had. Monti is a great neighborhood. There are breakfast places close by to grab a quick cappuccino before you start the day. We felt safe, and things really come alive at night. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Rome! We hope to be back Francesca!

This was a great choice for our week in Rome! The apartment is small and simple, but well organized with space and storage for two people. The small washer and drying rack are very handy for washing a few essentials.The location is spectacular, right in the heart of the bustling Monti neighborhood with great dining, shopping, and entertainment options all around. The colosseum is just a short walk - like 10 minutes - but far enough that the neighborhood feels authentic and not too touristy. We also walked to all the central attractions.The neighborhood can be a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected. There are earplugs provided for very light sleepers, but we never needed them. It’s fun to open the window and enjoy the energy of the neighborhood - you’ll hear a multitude of languages! It’s a ground floor studio - just one small step/stoop to street level. Most apartments we considered had a lot of stairs to navigate with luggage, which is thankfully not a concern here.Francesca is an amazing host! She was communicative and responsive from the time of booking, offering great travel and dining tips. She was able to assist us modifying our reservation twice and also reserved a reliable car service for our departure.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this little flat for your Rome visit and would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Great location to base your visit to Rome

Stayed her for a couple days while on a week long Italian vacation with my daughter. It is exactly what you need when seeing the sites in Rome. You are walking distance to most sites you’ll want to visit. And after a long day of sightseeing, all you want is a clean and comfortable place to sleep, shower and start your next day’s adventure. This fit out requirements to the tee. Francesca was very pleasant to deal with and she has everything taken care of for your arrival and stay. The only warning I would say is you will hear people on the street going out and about at night. I am a very light sleeper and it really did not bother me because with all the sightseeing I was exhausted and had no trouble falling asleep. I rather enjoyed hearing the night life at bedtime. It did not keep my daughter up at all. Just a heads up because I think some people would be bothered by this, like I said though consider it part of the fun of staying in the heart of Rome. That is why I still have Francesca’s place 5 stars! Thank you for hosting us Francesca!
