Bright and spacious apartment in Borgo Pio, one of the most beautiful areas of Rome, steps away from the Vatican.

The apartment features two lovely bedrooms with queen size beds, one spacious living room with a queen size sofa bed and dining table, a fully equipped modern kitchen, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with bath tub. There is AC and heating all over the apartment, there is a TV in each bedroom and in the living room.

The apartment is in the heart of lovely Borgo Pio, surrounded by nice shops, walking distance from Saint Peter Basilica and all major interest points the Eternal City has to offer.

The area is very well connected with public transport, you can easily walk to restaurants, supermarkets and cafés.

This is a great property in a relatively safe part of town. There was easy access to the Vatican and within walking distance of many bus lines. There were lots of great places to eat and wonderful shops within blocks. If you are looking for a quiet place, this may not be the property for you because there are many restaurants that stay open late just outside the windows. However, the convenience of everything, in our opinion, far outweighs the noise factor. We had a small issue with a non-working toilet, but the property manager was very communicative and took care of it within a couple days. The elevator was extremely helpful in getting all of our luggage up and down into the property. Overall, we felt this was a great place and would definitely stay there again!

Great except for its Challenges

We so wanted to enjoy our stay but this turned out to be a disaster. The apartment was nice and bright but was not ready when we arrived. We waited 2 hours for it to be cleaned (4 hours after the check in hour). Luckily there was a cafe downstairs. Unfortunately after dinner we got stuck between floors in the elevator. Maintenance sent someone who was there within an hour. They fixed it temporarily but said it would not be completely fixed for a couple more days due to a holiday. My wife uses a wheelchair and had to leave it downstairs (there are 2 steps to the elevator) and walk up two large flights to get to the apartment. This was very dangerous for my wife as she has difficulty walking, but moving to a hotel would also be difficult after a long travel day so we stayed. The next day we got stuck again. Another hour in a glass box in 80F heat. We now have a phobia of elevators. I would still recommend this unit if you are able bodied, okay with taking the stairs, bring your own supplies, don’t plan to cook and don’t mind the water going hot and cold during your shower. The location was great. We loved the restaurants and proximity to both the Vatican and the river. The unit itself is bright but the doors had a finicky lock, the stovetop and washer/dryer were difficult to figure out, a bidet is in front of the entry to the shower, and they provided the bare minimum in supplies. Luckily there are markets nearby. And luckily my wife did not fall down the stairs

Amazing location in Prati!

We had a great time in this apartment. Location was perfect. The street has beautiful restaurants and cafes with out cars! Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. WiFi was not as good as expected and we had to work a little so was a bit inconvenient. We would love to back to this place anytime!
