Be aware the apartment is a Cellar, nothing wrong with that for my wife and I but if it was a family of 4 it would be a squeeze. Perfectly position for the Vatican only 3 minutes away walking and, if your up for a 30 minute walk, you can walk to the Colloseum. For a short 2 or 3 night stay I woud recommend this property.

Rome Trip

Property was not clean. The tub pictured had debris floating in it. We found a rat in the toilet (I have a picture) and smashed bug on the wall of the bedroom. Food we brought on kitchen counter was chewed through the container (likely mice/rat). Also, it was not made clear that the entire amount of the property had to be paid prior to check in (per the owner) and there was a luggage storage fee which I have never experienced in all my years of travel. The owner advised us at check in that we needed to pay a tax that had to be paid in cash. We were not advised of this ahead of time which would have been helpful. Overall, pretty stressful experience. This was our third time in Rome and we would not return to this property.

Des grosses nuisances sonores au niveau de la chambre donnant côté rue elle est au niveau du trottoir sur une rue très passagère. Problème d’humidité dans tout l'appartement nos vêtements sont à laver. La terrasse n’est pas privative elle se situe au milieu de l’immeuble. La pièce de vie est très petite. Bien trop cher !!! Par contre le propriétaire nous a donné de bons conseils resto et est très réactif.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Rom

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 1 Hund) haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Wir haben uns in der geschmackvollen, sehr sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr angenehm empfanden wir die Sitzmöglichkeit im Innenhof. Perfekt für einen Morgenkaffee und Zigarettenpause. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt für einen Besuch des Vatikans. Die Innenstadt war mit E-Scootern gleich erreichbar. Andrean hat uns sehr freundliche empfangen, war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Struttura deliziosa, mi aveva colpito in foto ma dal vivo è decisamente molto più bella! Gli spazi sono perfettamente distribuiti rendendo l'ambiente caldo, accogliente e spazioso. Le stanze sono ampie, con letti molto comodi. Meravigliosa la vasca sita all'interno della camera da letto più grande! Che dire? Consigliatissimo, nel cuore di Roma, in una zona ben fornita sia da servizi pubblici che da supermercati e affini. Ideale per chi desidera visitare la Capitale ma anche per chi vuole concedersi un weekend romantico con il proprio partner! Nota positiva anche per l'accoglienza, personale gentile e disponibile!

Schicke Wohnung, gute Lage nah Vatikan

Saubere, schick eingerichtete Wohnung, nah beim Vatikan, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof, man kann also in die Wohnung vom Innenhof reinsehen, das könnte auf Dauer stören. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es aber kein Problem.

Location, little extras, wonderful!

Raffaele responded immediately to all questions. The apartment is lovely and includes extras like cookies, tea and coffee. Cafes, pharmacy etc steps away and an easy walk to the Vatican. Great rental!!
