In the large and comfortable living room you can relax and enjoy an exclusive location in the heart of Rome. From this location you can reach the Colosseum on foot in just 10 minutes, walking along the splendid Via dei Fori Imperiali. The Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and Campo de' Fiori can also be reached in a short time on foot.
The apartment features a spacious and very bright living room with an angular sofa bed, two armchairs and TV, a dining area with a table for up to 4 people. The apartment is provided with an equipped kitchenette, featuring oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine and toaster. The sleeping area is a double bedroom, facing the inner courtyard. The apartment comes with two full bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower. The apartment is completed by a very useful laundry room with a washing machine.

For stays of up to 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning with a change of linen is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, cleaning with a change of linen will be carried out every 3 nights. The first one is included, while the others will incur an extra charge (to be paid at check-in).

City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.

Arrivals after 20:00 require a late check-in fee of EUR 30. After 00:00 the fee is EUR 60.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

In addition to this, we are happy to organize any type of extra service upon request, such as a basket made up of typical products to accompany your aperitif, a birthday cake, a tailor-made tour, or a transfer service.
