Excellent studio and location!

Perfect location for getting around Rome. Metro stop is very close and lots of great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons apprécié la proximité du métro et des bus, tout comme celle des commerces .Un appartement lumineux,fonctionnel, calme ...et doté d'un bon équipement ménager . Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Cristina Bellini ....Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse pour un séjour romain..

Perfect location and comfortable studio

We wanted a small apartment, centrally located, near public transportation, at a reasonable price! We got all 4 wishes! Plus, Cristina could not have been more helpful. Arriving at a new location is always somewhat stressful, but she made everything work out well. The studio was exactly as described: comfortable bed, kitchenette that allowed cooking, adequate bathroom, and pleasant surroundings. We stayed 9 days, and the location allowed us to get where we wanted for the day-either by walking or taking the nearby metro. Grocery stores, restaurants, and the public market (with all the fresh vegetables, meats, fruits you would want) were just down the street. All of this made for a perfect stay.

L'accueil est bon. L'appartement est bien aménagé et bien entretenu. La situation dans Rome est bonne. Les moyens de transports metros, bus... sont proches. Tout ce qui convient pour un séjour à Rome.

Parfaitement conforme aux attentes et à la description. Un petit studio très fonctionnel, propre et bien situé dans un quartier vivant. Des bus juste devant l'adresse. Marché, métro et musées du Vatican à 5'. Place Saint Pierre à 15' à pied. Cristina, très accueillante et arrangeante, donne beaucoup d'informations pratiques pour faciliter la prise de repères dès l'arrivée. Juste un petit regret : contrairement aux photos du site, il n'y a pas la vue sur le Dôme du Vatican !

"Nous avons été très satisfait de ce petit appartement qui convenait parfaitement à nos besoins d''être proches du stade olympique (25 minutes à pied), du Vatican (15 min) et des magasins (journaux, alimentation, boulangerie et surtout un super marché de fruits et légumes couvert). La seule critique est peut-être le bruit l''été quand la chaleur nous oblige à laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Mais on est à Rome et ça circule ! Sinon, un vrai bonheur cet appartement et une situation très sécuritaire. Merci Cristina! Nous reviendrons!"

La localisation, près du métro, près des stations de bus, près d''un marché couvert, près de deux supermarchés, à deux pas du Vatican, est très pratique. "Because our flight was c...

"Because our flight was cancelled, we arrived 3 days later. Luckily this was no problem, we could still stay in the same room during whole of our holiday. The room is close to a metro station, ideal to travel trough Rome. Some touristic places are within walking distance but the room is just outside the touristic area, we really appreciated that. There are several supermarkets closeby, and all we needed to cook was available. We also enjoyed a authentic Italian pizzaria around the corner. The room has a well working air conditioning, which was necessary during July. All in all it was the ideal place to stay to discover Rome."

"Inmejorable. La estación de metro está cerquísima, también el Carrefour, el barrio es tranquilo y tiene de todo: tiendas, restaurantes, heladerías... Además, el piso está muy bien equipado, muy bien conservado, y es ideal para visitar Roma y el Vaticano, que está a cinco minutos a pie. Cristina y la signora Rosa son muy amables y simpáticas. En resumen, es un alojamiento ideal para una "vacanza romana" inolvidable."

Idéalement situé, proche du mètro et des stations de bus, il permet de visiter Rome très facilement, mais aussi de faire quelques courses (le marché Trionfale est à 50 m). Côté restauration, éviter le restaurant Terno Secco au 16 de la via andréa Doria. 6,50€ de service et 2€ pour le pain que nous n''avons pas consommé ! par contre, sur la même avenue, je ne peux que vous conseiller le Carlo menta (Tratorria). L''accueil est très sympathique, les prix corrects et la cuisine...Délicieuse !"
