房間很乾淨舒適，但真正住宿的房間地點跟訂房的地址不同，距離大約100公尺

訂房的時候顯示的地址只是check in的地址，我的房間在距離有100公尺的地方，在一個普通住宅裡，我不是很喜歡，門禁並不嚴格；除此之外，工作人員很親切，飯店提供一支手機能打電話以及上網，裡面有他們自製的app非常實用

Terrible Experience – Avoid the Spanish Suite at All Costs Our experience at The Spanish Suite was appalling from start to finish. The rooms we were given were completely different from those shown in the listing, at a totally different location and substandard, and filthy. We checked out immediately and booked another hotel the same day. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, forcing us to contact Expedia directly to resolve the issue. After intervention from Expedia, The Spanish Suite claimed they would provide a full refund, yet only half the amount was returned to my card. I later discovered they had retrospectively applied a 50% “discount” to the booking to avoid paying the full refund. Thankfully, Expedia’s customer service team stepped in again and recovered the remaining balance. However, two months later, The Spanish Suite has still not refunded the city tax they charged to my card. This establishment is dishonest and poorly managed. I strongly advise avoiding The Spanish Suite altogether.

Esta propiedad que no es realmente un hotel sino un conjunto de suites, en relación tiene lo que necesitábamos, una buena habitación, grande y con buen baño. Y súper bien ubicado! Lo único es que el desayuno es en un bar o café, podría mejorar ya que el servicio de una chica fue de mala gana y demorado, los señores si sirven con ganas y amabilidad. De resto, sin ser lujoso, es práctico, limpio y muy bien situado!

Overall has a great experience with the Spanish Suite. Location was outstanding and loved the convenience of everything, appreciated the friendliness and ability to leave luggage pre check in and post check out. Suggestions for improvement: guests could be met at property rather than what seemed like unnecessary track to reception. I also missed the whatapp communication until last day and the messages i received via Expedia were automated not addressing my specific questions. But all in all, property is great value for money and would recommend.

Room did not look like it was advertised and was far from the main office so we had to walk back and forth when checking in. Little confusing on where your room actually is. Overall the room was clean and staff was nice, but our refrigerator did not work the entire almost week stay even though we told the staff. Room was a couple blocks from check in area and with luggages it was hard to walk around.

We found the room needs much renovation painting, shutters to be changed and front door to be fixed. We were not expecting this poor quality room for what we paid.i do not recommend this hotel.

Great rooms however there was no hot water and showers are not well maintained. staff at checkin was great but we had a hard time reaching the staff in person and via whatsapp day before our departure to help schedule a pickup van. Although it all worked out in the end it was a stressful few hours trying to get hold of someone. Besides this no complaints.

It was OK. Very well located near the Spanish Steps. The staff was wonderful upon arrival. The room was comfortable but a little run down. 3rd floor (US) no elevator which was fine for us. They had a person to take the bags up for us. Overall ok.

The day before we arrived, we received a message to say, “the reception was not at the same address at the Spanish Suite” our accomodation. When I arrived at the reception, some 400 m from the accomodation we had confirmed, the staff advised that we were booked at the same address as the reception and “not at Spanish Suite”. They said this was allowable. However I had an email confirming the accomodation we had booked with photo of the room and the address. They refused to consider my concerns, showed me an alternate room that was substandard. But we had no choices due to high season. Eventually they sowed a slightly better room but it was still very sub standard. We did not have a choice. It seems that Spanish Suite was double booked. And we had to suffer their incompetence in allowing this to happen. The situation they placed us in was unacceptable, stressful, and created significant anxiety for me and my wife. We were upset and angry. It seems that this is a Scam, where there advertise a nice room, over book it, and then force the guests to accept sub standard accomodation. I will take legal action once I return home and have time. We spent many hours, searching for alternate accomodation. The next day after much more communication with reception, they agreed a 100% refund. Communication with reception after that was ignored when I requested confirmation of the refund lodgement. Eventually, I contacted WOTIF online seeking support for our situation
