Great apartment

This was our fifth visit to Rome. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well located for restaurants and visiting all the main sites of Rome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only slight disappointment was how soft the settee fold out bed in the lounge was. We prefer a firmer mattress. Otherwise we would have no reservation in recommending this apartment to anyone considering a stay in Rome.

Pros: spacious apartment, good kitchenette, laundry facility. Thoughtful decor. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Host was reachable via Expedia messages and Whatsapp. Cons: shower water was very weak. Beds were old and saggy. Entrance to the apartment, and overall building looked very rundown and dilapidated. The street outside was a narrow alleyway, a bit dirty.

Perfect location and space

This apartment was perfect for our Rome vacation. The space was amazing, and it had everything we needed. Even better was that we were so close to most of the attractions we wanted to visit such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Vatican which allowed us to walk rather than hire a taxi.

A deep cleaning required, especially in the bathroom. New towels in bathroom needed. Good space. Overall very pleased.
