Quiet, friendly suburban stay

Our host was one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts we have ever had through VRBO or any other type of vacation home rental before this. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The unit was clean and we were able to do laundry regularly during our visit which was a huge bonus. We didn't realize how far out of the city it was until we went there, but that was because we didn't read the description carefully. All the residents of the area were helpful to us as we made our way to the bus and train station, both of which our host gave us excellent directions for - given us insider tips for which would work best for getting into the center of Rome.

We only had one night in this super lovely home. Wish we’d planned longer. The host was almost instant in his responses if there were questions. The host had a problem getting the cleaner for the original home (this one) we reserved, so he upgraded us for free to another location (after checking with us). He was so easy to work with, and such a clean, upscale, lovely stay.

Famiglia molto ospitale ma discreta. Tutto a disposizione, e tutto nuovo. Sono tornata per la seconda volta ed ho trovato ancora più organizzazione. Quartiere verde e molto sicuro con fermata autobus sotto casa. Dichiarano 4 posti letto ma in realtà sono sei. Ho usufruito del servizio navetta dall’aeroporto, risparmiando quasi la metà sul taxi. Grazie per la bella accoglienza

Wir hatten glücklicherweise die optimalst ausgestattete, sauberste und gemütlichste Ferienwohnung im ganzen Umkreis gefunden, die unseren magischen Aufenthalt in Rom perfekt ergänzte ! Rom und das Meer waren dank des Nahverkehrszuges sehr gut zu erreichen.Die Unterkunft empfehlen wir definitiv mit bestem Gewissen weiter !

Accogliente, funzionale, ottima posizione, con dettagli da far sentire l'ospite a casa

Appartamento molto accogliente e funzionale, nell'organizzazione degli spazi, nell'arredamento e nelle dotazioni accessorie (oltre alle ordinarie dotazioni, anche asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, bollitore, spezie per cucinare, presa USB a muro, disponibilità di WiFi e persino di penne biro e foglietti, sembrano banalità ma sono utilissimi). Host disponibilissima a rimodulare l'organizzazione del check-in causa nostro ritardo e accoglientissima come farebbe una carissima amica (con attenzioni apprezzatissime quali la bottiglia d'acqua in frigorifero, che non abbiamo usato perché avevamo la nostra, ma è stata tanto apprezzata). Quartiere tranquillo, fuori dal traffico di Roma e ben servito per raggiungere il centro agevolmente. Nessun problema di parcheggio grazie al posto auto. Terrazzo in parte verranno, quindi fruibile in tutte le stagioni, con vista sulla pineta al tramonto. Dieci e lode!

From the moment I arrived, Lella and Agusto made me feel as if I were family. They are extremely kind, considerate hosts. I was traveling alone and they went out of their way to help me with transportation, advice on what sites to see, directions, and even came over to help me with my Italian SIM card that I couldn't figure out. Every time I reached out they were extremely responsive. The apartment was clean, quiet, and an excellent value for the price. It felt like a home away from home. Lella was even kind enough to leave coffee and local cookies and snacks upon arrival. I am so thankful that I chose their place as my first stop in Italy, as they made me feel so welcome and eased the anxiety of working out details of how and where to take trains, buses, etc. They are a lovely couple, and I would most certainly love to return one day.

Appartamento soleggiato, la gentilezza della proprietaria, la pulizia e tutti i comfort della camera hanno reso il soggiorno perfetto. Inoltre erano presenti caffè, nutella, latte e yogurt. Di sicuro la mia sistemazione per un altro futuro viaggio a Roma.
