  • Right near the apartment, you’ll find restaurants serving excellent Roman, Italian, and Asian cuisine, as well as bistros, pizzerias, brasseries, and sandwich shops. There are also supermarkets and various stores. Nearby are bus and metro stops that take you to Rome’s historic center and all its wonders. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with an elevator). It features high ceilings and the thick walls typical of historic buildings, so it’s neither too cold nor too hot. It’s air-conditioned and has a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast, an aperitif, or sip a nice cup of tea, coffee, or a soda.

Amazing location and a wonderful host. Sabina made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish with a real passion for life in Rome.The apartment itself is your favorite romance novel come to life. Charming and full of history. The elevator to the apartment was one of my favorite parts. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and Vatican City. Amazing stay!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig, die Frau, die sie vermietet war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles bestens! Mit dieser Wohnung hat man die Gelegenheit zu sehen, wie eines der typischen römischen Häuser von innen aussieht.

Esperienza che definirei una sorta di montagna russa.Tra i punti forti:-Struttura molto ampia, adatta tranquillamente anche a gruppi fino a 8 pers.-Prezzo molto competitivo per ciò che offre: in quella zona difficilmente si trova di meglio, e secondo me è tra le migliori soluzioni qualità/prezzo della città.-Posizione ottima, vicina sia alla metro (non scontata a Roma) sia a San Pietro. Molto comoda anche per chi deve raggiungere Olimpico e Foro Italico.Gli aspetti da migliorare invece:-Chiarezza sul late check-in: avevo comunicato con largo anticipo l’orario di arrivo e mi era stato confermato per iscritto che il supplemento sarebbe scattato dopo una certa ora, che nel nostro caso non veniva raggiunta. Ho chiesto conferma anche pochi giorni prima, ma al check-in le condizioni erano cambiate. Posso accettare l’idea del malinteso, anche se rileggendo la conversazione resta qualche dubbio. Dispiace soprattutto che il supplemento sia stato comunque applicato integralmente.-Gestione degli imprevisti: abbiamo segnalato subito un problema al tappo del lavandino che impediva il deflusso dell’acqua. Inizialmente ci è stato chiesto di provare a sistemarlo autonomamente, poi era stato ipotizzato un intervento in serata che però non c’è stato. Sicuramente gestione non facile vista l'assenza per motivi personali dell'host, ma un piano b va studiato per simili evenienze.Tutto sommato lo consiglio e basterebbe davvero poco per risolvere le criticità ed essere un TOP alloggio.
