A cozy, newly renovated apartment equipped with all the amenities, including Wi-Fi, a smart TV, an automatic coffee maker, and a washing machine. It features a living room with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Located in a central area (Marconi-Trastevere) with excellent public transportation access (train, metro, and bus), and surrounded by numerous businesses such as shops, lounge bars, traditional restaurants, and day and night spots.
The apartment has been completely renovated with hardwood floors throughout and porcelain tile in the bathroom. The two bedrooms, both furnished with double beds, are very cozy and comfortable. Each nightstand is equipped with an USB port for charging your devices. The living room, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table, provides an additional space to spend your days, enjoy your meals, and sleep if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including: a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, an automatic coffee machine (pods included), pots and pans, plates, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, and small cups. In the bathroom, you’ll find a convenient hair dryer as well as individually packaged soaps. The apartment is equipped with heating, air conditioning, a washing machine, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
Guests have full use of the apartment. Access is through an exterior door that opens when you press the intercom labeled “Il Rifugio dell’Inventore.” From there, it’s just a few meters to the apartment door, which can be opened with a numeric code provided after completing online check-in. Inside the apartment, guests will find a magnetic card (for the interior door) and a key (for the exterior door), which will grant them access for the duration of their stay. The card and key must be left inside the apartment upon departure.
