  • Characteristic LOFT located on the attic floor of a period building, in the historic center of Rome, in the heart of the Monti district. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, dining area with kitchenette, mezzanine with double bedroom and bathroom.



    The high floor, the large windows and the panoramic views of the city make the atmosphere unique and romantic. The environment, equipped with A/C, TV and wi-fi connection, is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.



    Rione Monti: it is the heart of the historic center, where it is possible to reach any part of the city thanks to its connections and it is possible to experience that exclusive Roman atmosphere. The area is full of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and is close to any tourist attraction. All this is possible by simply moving on foot, in fact every attraction is just a few hundred meters from the property.



    Excellent solution for a short stay in the heart of Rome.

    The apartment is 300m from the Cavour stop (Line B).

First time in Rome

We loved the apartment it was centrally located and easy to get from the train station. The accommodations were great for our family of 4.

Great location, good contact with the hosts, everything went smoothly. The one small downside was we found the beds to be uncomfortable. Thankfully we travelled with a foam bed topper or we would have been a wreck!

Really liked the cleanliness of this place and the coordination with the host. However, the apartment is quite worn down, with everything being very old.

Fun neighborhood for a few days in Rome! We have visited Rome many times and really enjoyed being in Monti - so many great places to eat and drink and shop! And close enough to the attractions that we walked everywhere. The apartment is very comfortable for two people. The terrace is a real treat and it’s fairly spacious and very bright. The only problem, for some, may be the spiral staircase and low ceiling height in the loft. The plumbing is also old, so be gentle with it and you’ll be fine. It’s really a perfect spot and we hope to stay again soon.
