“Good : The view is good ! Bad : The swimming pool is not in function The restaurant is closed When you taking bath , all will be wet in the floor . Cannot speck English , even open time , closing time Not so recommended ”

“It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience.……

“This was a fantastic place off the beaten path! The hosts were amazing, the breakfast was the best we have encountered in Italy! Family run and operated! The attention to detail was fantastic. Restaurants were within walking distance and the hosts had excellent recommendations for us! We loved this place! ”

“Chiara, the receptionist was outstanding, helpful , with any request . There was a problem with the fridge in the room. Upon notifying her, she immediately offered other rooms . Hotel is slightly out of the way , but practically minutes away from center . The continental breakfast was nice. Service was great .”

“We loved the large outdoor lap swimming pool and enjoyed buying beverages and food poolside. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included espresso drinks to order. Their on-site reatiwas truly special, both regarding food and service.”

“Struttura immersa nel verde, con camere anche vista mare, camere nel belvedere molto spaziose con bel terrazzo con bella vista e arredate con gusto. Titolari marito e moglie molto gentili e disponibili anche negli spostamenti all interno della struttura, la strada che porta alla struttura non è in perfette condizioni, utile avere un mezzo/ veicolo adeguato. Colazione semplice e gustosa servita in una struttura ricca di arredi antichi. Struttura ideale sia per escursioni a piedi nella……

“Awesome stay. The owners were amazing. The room, property and breakfast were 5 star. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer. Would recommend staying a couple of nights to really enjoy this place.”

“Excellent location on our way to Naples. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The room was very small. Next time I would opt for something bigger. The desk clerk spoke no English. I muddled through in ‘Italian’. The high point here is the restaurant. It’s worth going out of the way to dine here. Amazing food and the waiter spoke a bit of English. The menu was translated so not a problem at all. No breakfast.”

“The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo . It was just superb and we hope to be back again.”
