「Clean quiet very nice cabins」

「It was very peaceful there, the backyard has a little fire pit and some chairs which is perfect for star gazing. Sky is amazing. The beach is right down the street, fun for the kids. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Any questions I had I got a quick reply. We were happy.」

「This was our 2nd year staying here and it is such a comfortable, clean, well thought-out space to call our home away from home for a week. The house is the perfect amount of space, very functional, and has everything we could need. We enjoyed a few gorgeous sunsets from the deck and enjoyed watching the eagles, ducks, deer, and porcupines that we saw in the yard during the week.」

「Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spacious and clean. Kitchen had some pantry essentials and everything needed to cook some nights. The grocery store is 3-5 minutes away. The drive toAcadia took us an hour and ten minutes to an hour and a half due to traffic getting on the island. It was nice to come back to the quiet house each evening. Would highly recommend.」

「We enjoyed spending a special weekend with friends . WAA was excellent with providing a full weekend of activities for patriotic people. Only problem was no hot water to wash or shower. This was problematic. 」

「Very friendly restaurant staff, easy check in, private, very quiet, comfortable cabin. Excellent Mexican takeout in Millbridge and wonderful beaches and hiking trails around Machias. Great time to buy wild blueberries and enjoy the stark beauty of the barrens. Would visit again!」

「We had a very nice stay. The view of the inlet with all the lobster boats was beautiful. We enjoyed the dock/water access as well - our kids were able to spend some time fishing and even waded in the water. The drive is a little far to Acadia (a little over an hour) but we were still able to use the rental home as a base for visiting the National Park.」
