Studio renovated and ideally located a few meters from the beach and thalasso, 300m from the city center and 700 m from the bus station.

This accommodation has a terrace and a small private garden allowing you to enjoy a barbecue (gas) and idleness on a deckchair. You will be able to park on the parking place within the residence on a place that is dedicated to you.

The apartment is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, TV, kettle, traditional coffee maker and tassimo, barbecue. You will find all the necessary dishes. We put disposable mattress protectors on every rental. Duvets and pillows are also available.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided.
The bathroom is composed of a bathtub.

The accommodation is equipped with a (true) bed 140 cm lift and very easy.

The Roc'h kroum beach is 10m away. This beach is supervised with swimming pools that fill at high tide, a diving. You will also find a creperie snack restaurant. You can enjoy a space for recreation (petanque, net and basketball baskets).
This beautiful white sand beach offers an exceptional point of view on the peninsula of Perharidy and on the island of Batz.


You can walk to the city center which has all the amenities.



- Its environment: Small corsair city, Roscoff if located on a peninsula of the Bay of Morlaix.

Less than 1km from the rental, you will find the Thalassotherapy Center, the beaches including a supervised beach in high season with swimming pools at low tide, water sports and fishing, algae discovery center, tennis, cinema, casino, exotic garden .
A few steps from the house you will find a Casino supermarket. During High Season a free bus service is available.

Roscoff has a marina, a fish auction, a deep-water port where Brittany Ferries connects with Ireland, Great Britain. You can also embark for Ile De Batz and enjoy the local gastronomy with these many restaurants.
