    On the main level, the living and dining area is bright and welcoming, fitted with a panoramic window that frames the surrounding landscape. This space includes a sofabed, a dining table, a digital flat screen television, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and electric shutters. A direct exit leads to the terrace, which benefits from both south and west facing orientations. The kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the living area, featuring a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level.

    On the lower ground floor, the sleeping accommodations are distributed across 3 rooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed and offers a direct exit to the terrace, which faces both south and west. The second bedroom contains 2 beds and opens onto a balcony.
