In renting holiday house completely renovated in 2017, located in a quiet residential complex of Almadrava, Roses, with magnificent sea view.
Rental for 4-6 people, the house has:
· Sunny living-dining room with TV and air conditioning
· Open kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine ...
· 1 big air-conditioned room with numerous cupboards and a terrace seen sea
· 1 second air-conditioned bedroom with 3 beds (bunk bed) and fitted wardrobes
· 1 bright bathroom with Italian shower
· 2 toilets
· 3 west-facing terraces, including a solarium with a magnificent view of the sea, the fort of Rosas and the Pyrenees and equipped with 2 large comfortably furnished benches allowing you to enjoy the sun or a lounge area in the evening at sunset.
· Shutter in all rooms, electric on the picture windows.
· BBQ area (gas)
· Garage
· Beach less than 10 min walk (quiet road - a pedestrian crossing)

Le calme à Roses en été
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette propriété à Roses. Dès l’arrivée à Roses c’est l’effervescence et les embouteillages qui étonnent. Le centre ville est bondé de touristes en recherche de la fiesta. L’arrivée se fait par l’agence immobilière. La maison est éloignée du centre ville, sur la troisième et dernière plage de Roses. Cela lui confère un certain calme, dans le quartier le plus résidentiel et huppé de Roses. Idéal pour le calme avec une famille, c’était notre cas. Moins pour ceux qui recherchent les prestations du centre ville (bars, restaurants, etc.). La maison/appartement est impeccable, grandes terrasses avec vue sur la baie, idéal apéro et dîner. Climatisation partout et équipement moderne nécessaire (lave vaisselle, lave linge). La plage est à 4 minutes à pieds en descendant, comme disait nos enfants: « c’est comme si on habitait à la plage, on y va quand on veut ». Néanmoins la plage est bondée en journée, on a tendance à y aller tôt et tard pour en profiter plus tranquillement. Les enfants étaient ravis d’observer des poulpes à quelques mètres du rivage. En journée nous avons aussi profité de la région: musée Dali a Figueres, Cadaques, Gerone, voire même Barcelone en poussant un peu plus loin en voiture. En parlant de voiture aucun problème pour garer la voiture dans la rue suffisamment en hauteur pour décourager ceux qui viennent pour la journée à la plage. Un bon compromis de tranquillité dans l’effervescence estivale de la Costa Brava.
