We stayed for 10 days in July 2026, two persons.Positives: good location, great seaview, good air conditioning, nearest supermarket just 5 minutes drive away.Negatives: the land is in poor condition, a lot of sharp stones like on a building site, so walking barefoot is impossible which is a shame in such climate. There was a strong smell of wet dog in the living room. Very old dishwasher, rusty and damaged, we didn't risk to use it. Actually everything in the apartment is very old. But most important negative for us is that we hoped for a quiet vacation, however there wasn't a single quiet day. First three days apartment upstairs was rented to a company of 5 people. Because that apartment doesn't have land they spend the whole days on their balcony overlooking our territory. We felt like in a zoo, always watched by people from their balcony and listening their loud talking. After that the family of owners arrived, 9 people with 3 small children and 2 dogs. All last hopes for quiet days disappeared... In addition there is no sound insulation between floors so in each bedroom from early morning you can hear very loudly sounds above. Agent Salvina told us in advance that apartment upstairs may be occupied but we did not expect such big crowds and such noise. We feel that the price should be much lower.Few words about the beach, you can swim only in calm water, because even moderate waves make going in and out of water too dangerous.
