“Staff were great and breakfast was very good. Various little maintenance issues with the room (safe didn't work, various lights not working, mixer tap faulty so no cold water available). If the maintenance were sorted it would easily be rated excellent as the staff were great.”

The hotel felt in need of a thorough clean and better maintenance. There was thick dust on ledges and surfaces, smeared glass, sticky breakfast tables, dusty artificial plants and noticeable limescale in the bathroom. The extractor fan did not work,……
