“This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. “We stayed at this hotel during our ski trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to the ski slopes which made getting out on the mountain very easy. Having the ski rental shop inside the hotel was also very convenient and saved us a lot of time each morning.
The spa area, however, felt a bit outdated and would definitely benefit from a refresh. While it is a nice facility, it doesn’t quite match the expectations you might get from the photos.

“Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like:
Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact.
We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not……
