Breakfast and parking great! Big issue with check out and check in. The front desk did not charge for incidentals during checkin, however, during checkout, the front desk charged the fee of $100.00. This charge was never discussed until check out! This after staying there for 7 days! Complete Negligence by this property?

The reception staff are very friendly, but in general the hotel has its flaws, the cleaning is terrible, they never clean, the bathrooms of the rooms leave them without cleaning service on the days you stay, the sheets are not changed in 10 days that we stay, the garbage can be accumulated.

The cleaning is horrible, I was 10 days they never cleaned the room, it's disgusting, going to the bathroom that never cleans the dirty sheets the garbage you have to take it out to the hallway if not they never take it out, it's a motel not a hotel. The facility is nice, middle of Roswell so it is convenient, Staff were nice and friendly, room was clean. However, the $12 surprise "parking" fee was ridiculous. I understand when you are in a metro area with limited parking, but the parking lot was not even full on the back side. Expedia claims to show "all fees" but this fee was hidden until you check in. A parking fee in Roswell, New Mexico? More like a gouge the traveler fee. My only other complaint was breakfast the first day. Out of forks, out of coffee, out of about half the hot items, trash cans were filled. It appeared nobody was really working the breakfast to keep it stocked, clean and tidy. Day two was better. Because of this fee, we elected to stay somewhere else on our return trip.

The staff made the stay. Mark, Shawna, and the rest of the of the nfron of the house staff couldn't have been more genuine, professional, and attentive. I had to make daily changes tio my reservation due to the storm that recently passed, and they kept it moving everyday as if it was just another day at work.Housekeeping was exceptional as well. Clearly have pride in their work, friendly and consistent. The place was just engaging and felt easy and delivered high quality service for the entire stay.

The room was clean, updated, the general hotel the same, and they provided a good breakfast. The bed itself was comfortable, but the sheets wouldn’t stay on. Either the pockets weren’t deep enough, or the elastic was shot, but both the fitted sheet and the mattress cover kept coming off during the night. We are not restless sleepers, but it didn’t take much to have them come off. Multiple times. This does not make for a good night’s sleep. And to be charged $12 for parking?! I can see that in urban settings where parking is scarce. Not in a town like Roswell, where we were surrounded by parking lots for businesses and other hotels. While I didn’t look hard, I did not see this extra charge when booking to hotel, and the rate I paid was supposed to be the all-in price. Probably won’t stay here again, there are many other options in the area.
