Breakfast was lovely! Our hostess was very attentive and the apartment was as promised. As noted in the description, there are stairs to reach the bedrooms.

This place was a dream! Absolute perfect location right in the city center. Parking right at the house(although driving through Rothenberg was tricky!). The kids loved the decorated Christmas tree and all the little kid “extras”-books and toys. There is even a crib for the little ones. It is decorated so tastefully. We loved every minute of being there!

The bed was the most comfortable of our stay and we stayed at eight different hotels and guest house. It was nice that there was a washer and dryer that we could use. House is quiet private and clean. Breakfast was wonderful combination of fruit cheese, bread, coffee, tea, juice, we couldn’t have asked

The host was very helpful with helping us find their location within the walled city. There was construction happening in the area so when we called she stayed on the phone with us to make sure we found our way. They also provided a wonderful tasty breakfast & the building surprisingly had extremely high water pressure even though it was a quaint old building!

This place is a fabulous property in the perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from the main square yet far enough away to be very quiet. We loved it!

Super cute place to stay!

We loved everything about this property. There was plenty of room for three couples and it was in the heart of everything we wanted to do. The breakfast in the morning was a nice treat. If we are ever in Rothenberg again, this is where we will stay.

We booked this room with high expectation. Our expectations were blown away! I never dreamed we would find such fairy Tale like accommodation. We rented this room and another one of their apartments for a party of nine people. The communication was beyond fantastic from the moment we booked the room until the end of our stay. We knew there would be breakfast, however, we did not expect the wonderful service and variety. We were very close to the market square and enjoyed walking to the Christmas market, shopping, restaurant, and all the local attractions. We stayed over Christmas Day, so we ran to the grocery store and we were able to make a beautiful Christmas dinner right in our room. We highly recommend and will stay here again if we make it back to Rothenburg.

We enjoyed the ambience created by the homeowner and the unbelievable breakfast prepared each morning until 10 am. Communication was superb. Parking was easy. WiFi available. Note that the property is a very old home hence the stairway to enter the second and third floors are too narrow for a person with physical limitations.

Awesome spot in Rotherdam!

This place was fabulous! lots of space - GREAT location within the walls of the old city and close to the main square and all restaurants / museum / theatre! Breakfast was FABULOUS! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay

A truly wonderful apartment in Alstadt Rothenburg ob Tauber that had everything our family of four needed, including washer and dryer and coffee maker. Breakfast was delightful, with rolls, meats, cheese, eggs, yogurt,cappacinos, juices, etc. It was a great way to fuel up for the day. Communications with our hosts were fantastic - clear, polite - Jennifer and Martin made us feel very welcome. The apartment location was also perfect, close to everything (steps away from the church) but just a few streets over from the marketplatz to avoid the noise. We loved our stay and our time in Rothenberg!

Great location, great accommodations

This apartment is located in the best spot for exploring this beautiful old town. It’s clean, comfortable, warm and inviting. It’s authentic. If you want to experience living in this town but still have modern amenities this is the place! Jennifer, a host, and her staff are exceptionally attentive, welcoming and friendly people. Couldn’t ask for more!

Fabulous Location in the heart of Rothenburg

This is an amazing find. Every part of our stay was wonderful. Our host was so helpful at every turn (including helping while parking our vehicle on those narrow streets!) The accommodation was lovely, very fitting for the atmosphere of the town, and her dinner suggestion was spot on. PLUS the beautiful breakfast served each day was delicious. This is a top tier spot, highly recommended for the perfect visit to Rothenburg Ob Der Tauber.

Very Charming Apartment in the center of Rothenburg

Myself, husband, sister, and two children (9 and 10) spent 5 fantastic nights in this apartment and it was a highlight of our 11 day trip to Germany. Rothenburg is more beautiful than any of the photos I’ve ever seen and this apartment was a perfect complement to our time here. It’s very centrally located to everything and has so much historical charm while being very comfortable. The apartment has 3 bedrooms spread over 2 floors which made it very nice for our group with a very nice kitchen and dining area where we could gather. The daily breakfast was a very nice touch too. We can’t wait to return again!

A cozy and quaint historic space for Rothenburg adventures

My family and I (5adults and one 2 year old) enjoyed this two story historic home in easy walking distance to the heart of Rothenburg, shops and restaurants. We had onsite parking, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a nice eating area, and three separate bedrooms and a crib in a little nook. Breakfast was excellent each morning and Marion was friendly and always willing to make suggestions or answer questions. Communication from the property owners and responses to special requests were outstanding. We spent two nights there and will definitely choose this property again when returning to Rothenburg.

No disappointment, everything you could ask for

This place was everything we hoped for and more. The home in literally ancient. It's like stepping back in time, but having a comfortable and well taken care of place to explore and sleep. This was the highlight of our trip to Europe. Great laundry facilities as well. Kind and supportive staff for both checkin and breakfast. The location in the old city is literally perfect. Just off the path enough for a quiet stay, but 1 block to everything. Our baby loved his little room. Worth every penny.

A couple days in a fairytale city

This place was perfect for us to spend a few days along the Romantic Road. We just had to step out the door and walk up the street to be in the thick of the action. We ventured out early, came in for a nap and went out later. At night the town was magical. The place was older but that added to its charm. It had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Having breakfast in the morning was awesome. The staff were helpful and cheerful. The only issue we had was getting there. We had directions, but the gates we thought are not well marked. But we did find it. It was extra nice to have parking available. We would recommend this to others. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Vehicle directions should be accompanied by a map. The ideal entry gate wasn’t quite clear on arrival, but for departure we understood the correct way.
