Awesome House

The house was excellent, the pool and upgraded pool cage was beautiful. The fact that the pool was heated was a bonus even though it was quite warm during our early April stay. We will definitely book again on a future trip to Rotunda West Florida.Thank you Joyce for accommodating our date and number of guest changes.

We basically called this our base as we golfed all week long. The house meet all our expectations and then some. It was very clean, had everything we needed, the pool was a good bonus, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect. Nothing but good with this stay. Thank you..

Outstanding Property

This was a beautifully decorated and very comfortable home for our holiday. Loved watching the golfers while enjoying the pool area and covered porch. House was so bright with large windows so that even if you were inside, it felt like you you immersed in the beautiful backyard. Kitchen was very well appointed. We did have to purchase garbage bags, soap and paper products for our stay. The only glitch we had was trouble with the Wifi but it was quickly handled with service on a Sunday!Property managers were quick to help us with a few questions. I would check the propane tanks for the BBQ upon entry so that you're ready to cook without any delay.Really enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent this spot in the future.

Beautiful Home

This home was famtastic! Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms… ideal for privacy within our group of five. Two of the bedrooms are very large with private bathrooms. The third bedroom is good size and had the main full bath right next door. The pool was warm, clean, and in perfect working condition. Loved it!! The lanai is huge! Three lounge chairs, eight patio chairs, two tables, two umbrellas and a gas grill! The property is on a golf course so there are no houses directly behind. The neighbors on either side were neat and quiet. The neighborhood is deed restricted… all properties are well maintained and there are no boats, trailers, campers etc. in the driveways. The kitchen had everything you could want, including a dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Everything was in excellent working condition. The living room couches and the beds were quite soft. I would have preferred them more firm. Washer and dryer worked well. Plenty of beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided. The property is well maintained and has attractive landscaping. We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with a clean pool. 15 to 20min from the beach ( Stump Pass, Englewood , Manasota Key). Super Walmart about 2.5 miles away. Quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed it!
