Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful setting with a creek right behind the unit. Kitchen was simple and offered appliances we weren't expecting. Laundry facilities on site was a nice bonus. The pet alpacas were so friendly, like the staff who went the extra mile and made our stay special. Quite new, well appointed, we were happy as. 10/10 recommend, will be returning.

Good breakfast buffet. Okay exercise room, good pool and hot tubs. Occasional sulfur fumes from neighboring geothermal area. This is true of many areas of Rotorua.
