“Staff was nice and accommodating, the room and bathroom were clean. Beds were good and the place was quiet. Wifi was good and the tv in the room allowed skycasting so we could watch netflix from our phone. Overall basic accomodation that meets all your needs for a very nice price.”

“This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. ”
