Plenty of space, peaceful, cooking and laundry vacillates, I am your onsite host with recommendations, maximum only four guests at a time, five star rated on another site, morning views of sunrise and sunsets over the hills, off-street parking, no animals allowed as I have sheep.

Lovely place, quiet. While Chris is very accommodating and a lovely older gentleman, what the ad doesn't say is that you are staying in his house with him. If that doesn't worry you, then his place is a very nice place to stay, warm comfortable, with easy access.

weekly stay

had an event on close, and stayed here as it was very affordable for three people for a week. You will be sharing the house with the owner and his cat jasper. Very amenable, we had to send kids first, then we also had to leave early and was no hassles.Main bed is on the firm side, with a huge ensuite and fridge.The second room is also large with a medium bed.

A beautiful, quiet property with stunning views from the dining area and porch. It was a great place to spend time and go visit the wonderful places around Rotorua. It was good to meet the on-site host, Chris, and his sweet cat.
