「Lovely apartment and really clean. A few scratches on the walls but overall the rooms are well kept. Friendly staff at reception and at the restaurant. We had a lovely meal and food was well presented and plenty of selection of drinks. 」

「Too few parking spaces」

「Cleaning ladies were not good. My wife had two days waited until 3pm without anyone to clean up the room. After quested, the room was cleaned coarsely, toilet consumable and tea bag wss not refilled. Used tea cups were not replaced or cleaned.」

「We discovered the Ruby hotels in Zurich last year and enjoyed the stay so much that we decided to stay in one of the hotels in Düsseldorf this year. Excellent choice, we stayed in a well equipped room, with high ceilings. The location is perfect for a stay in the city, central and close to everything. The room was well maintained, the option to get hot water for our tea very much appreciated. The staff is quite friendly and supportive, making the stay enjoyable.」
