Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The check in process was abominable. There was no toilet paper and when we advised the host they did nothing. It was Sunday night and all the stores were closed. We were told that we had received check-in information when we had not. When I asked the host to identify where in the email chain were the instructions. Rather than admit a mistake she hung up on me. Some time later the instructions appeared. Now we have been accused of stealing a part of a coffee maker we never used. We were double charged for security deposit which d has not been returned. No one should rent from this host.
Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2025
