"If you decide to stay here, which I would NOT recommend, best hope they don't give you room 101. After spending the first night there we noticed that the door wasn't locking upon leaving, very concerning. We brought this to the attention of the front office and after two visits to the front office were told that it would be fixed within the hour and that we would receive a call or text once the lock was fixed. We had somewhere we had to be so we couldn't wait around. Never received a call nor a text and came back, 10 hours later, to a door that wouldn't lock. When we went back to the front office to find out what was going on we were met with everything from 'that's not my job' to 'we've been busy'. Then the GM proceeded to lie to me and my wife saying that he never told us he would call or text. Just mind blowing. Since they couldn't fix the lock we had to pack up all of our belongings and take the time to move everything to a new room. In the new room. 112, the shower door doesn't stay closed and the ceiling fan makes a loud noise when it's on. So if you want a room with a shower and fan that work properly make sure they don't put you in room 112. Can't imagine the state of the other rooms. There was zero ownership from management regarding all the problems and obviously no compensation. I bet this use to be a nice place until the current ownership took over. "

"This hotel was comfortable, clean and the rooms were a good size. It is a bit farther from my son's home than expected so I will continue to look for the right location when I visit his family. I did have two suggestions. Neither ice machine I tried had ice. My TV, mysteriously, failed to have sound on the Fox News channel - the picture was there, but no audio. All the other channels of that kind (CNN, MSNBC, etc.) had sound. I don't know if that was a function of their cable service or not, but it was an irritation for me."

"I liked the breakfast served, hot and many options. The room was clean and orderly. The pool is very small not like in pictures. Staff friendly. The only down side was a child I heard crying a couple of times and I could hear my neighbor open and shut door frequently. Thankfully it was not an issue at night. Restaurants nearby. A CVS next door. There is also a fabulous restaurant “The Oasis” about a 7 minute drive from this hotel! Happy accident. "

"This was a really easy check-in and check-out experience, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The beds were comfortable — I woke up without any back pain, which is always a big plus. I don’t eat meat, so I was pleasantly surprised they had egg whites available. That was a nice touch and definitely appreciated. The location is super convenient. Planet Fitness is about 10 minutes away, 7‑Eleven is just 5 minutes, and H‑E‑B is roughly 5–7 minutes away. Whole Foods Market is about a 20-minute drive, which isn’t bad at all. One of the main reasons I came was for the nearby nature trail, which is only about 10 minutes away. I recommend getting there early (around 6 AM), because later on there’s about a $10 per person fee. There’s also a Whataburger within walking distance for anyone looking for a quick bite. Overall, this is a great property with a great staff. I’d definitely stay here again. "
