“Relaxing atmosphere and a cracking breakfast”

“Not the cleanest Nothing to hang towels on 1 hand wash and 1 small tube of hair and body wash even though 2 of us were staying in the room. Extremely hot night but no fan provided I accidentally left my charger, contacted the property who said they did have it, took my home details and said they would send it. Waited over a week, messaged the property again, was ignored. Messaged again and still was ignored. Not the best customer service either. Breakfast was delicious and the young man who……

Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. The bathroom had been shoehorned in under a sloping ceiling - there was no shower, just……
