“Lovely property”

“We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com……

“Merci beaucoup à notre hôte pour sa disponibilité, sa bienveillance et sa présence discrète et efficace Logement idéal pour rayonner sur la côte d'Azur et profiter de moments dans la piscine et sur la terrasse”

“Yann and Eva have us easy instructions to get inside the property and parking was easy and secure. Both of these were important to us as we travelled with a large car. The flat itself was even more spacious and well presented than we imagined, and the location was perfect , just a three minute walk to the beach or ten minute walk to the main tourist area . The price was one of the best in Antibes that accommodated our family. If we are lucky enough ever to come to Antibes again we would……

“Un petit cocon très agréable”

“Enough Kitchen equipment is there. In the end of August we didn't need a air-conditioning and sleeped very well because it's a very silent environment. We even had the opportunity to park our car under ceiling. There is a private outdoor space, perfect for breakfast and drying clothes ”

“Juan les Pins is a great location! Such a great beach vibe without so many crowds like Nice and Monaco. The studio is convenient to the beach but transportation is needed from the train station, too far to walk with luggage. Also the bed is a sofa bed that is not the best. The management was kind enough to bring another duvet as the mattress on the springs was too thin. If they could buy a good mattress topper this might fix the issue. It was very convenient to have a kitchen. The facilities……

“Super ”

“The unit was very dirty with food crumbs on the kitchen counter and greasy fingerprints on the cupboard doors. The worst part was the sewer gas smell that permeated the unit that started while we were sleeping. It was so bad we had to keep the bathroom door closed and we avoided going in!! And there was only the one bathroom. We told the host of the problem and got no response at all. The redeeming quality of the apartment is the fantastic location.”
