“Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). “Hi. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel Verlaine. The hotel is is the residential area a short walk to a public beach and a shop behind it which was great. 15 min walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can hear some road noise but you are in the city. I really liked the lobby, my room and balcony. The hotel looked after my cases on my last day until my flight home. Fridge in room, cold water dispenser downstairs. A great hotel. Thank you. ”

“Un séjour exceptionnel ! Franchement, c'est un très bel hôtel, propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et toujours à l'écoute. Le confort des chambres est au rendez-vous, le service est excellent. Le petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux, et la restauration en général est de grande qualité. La piscine est également très propre et agréable. J'avais réservé pour deux nuits au départ, mais j’ai tellement apprécié que j’ai prolongé mon séjour à 10 jours ! Un grand merci à……
