「除了熱水有點不熱之外，其他都很好」

「Staff is very helpful and nice. They are very willing to help. The hotel is clean. I accidentally made a wrong booking which was found just before arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly to provide assistance. I can stay in the hotel successfully with their rearrangement. It is not far away from the train station. Moreover it is close to the river side which is near to the Arctic Museum. This is a good place to see the northern light. I truely recommend this hotel.」

「Good place to far away the downtown.」

「Very cozy hotel, staff are friendly and helpful」

Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. 」

Having breakfast/dinner looking out into the woods covered in snow was amazing and so relaxing. The food was good and the people...
