「Die Ferienwohnung der freundlichen Gastgeber, die im obersten Stockwerk über eine Treppe oder einen kleinen Aufzug erreichbar ist (ungeeignet bei Gehbehinderung, auch zum Aufzug führt eine Treppe) ist gehalten im alt-italienischen Stil. Einrichtung und Haushaltsgegenstände zeugen vom Charm vergangener Zeiten, sind jedoch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Möbel, die teils dürftig repariert sind komplettieren das Bild. 「We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) 」

「 Nous avons réservé 9 jours. Dans l’annonce il n’est pas précisé qu’il faut garer sa voiture plus bas (sur des places réservées aux résidents parfois toute occupées) et monter environ 80 marches. Monter nos affaires à 33 degrés (+ une très forte forte humidité) a été plus que sportif… La communication a d’ailleurs été très compliquée car l’hôte n’était pas présent et ne donnait plus aucune nouvelle à notre arrivée …. 3 heures (de stress) plus tard il nous envoie la vidéo de là où est caché...

「Zentrale Lage in einem sehr schönen Ort. Leider war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach gehalten … die Betten waren bequem. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage. Durch die Zentrale Lage ist viel und lauter Verkehr incl. dem nahe gelegenen Bahnhof zu hören. Preis/Leistung stimmt leider nicht ! 」

「Arleen was there to greet us with pizza and wine. She provided lists and brochures for transportation, food and exploring. If you have additional questions she was quick to respond. We never felt like we were bothering her. The property is exactly as shown, stunning 🤩. Sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine looking at the view was perfect. The restaurant and market down the road wee also wonderful. Arleen even took us to the train station when she had issues securing a taxi for us. ...
