Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly. “The unit itself was clean and well stocked - just your basic 1 BR condo. But the pool area was nice and not ever crowded and the location was convenient to everything. I liked being able to walk to the shops and to the beach. We had one question and the owners answered promptly. All in all a very nice home base for your trip.”

“This property was great for us. We really appreciated the beautiful sunrises every morning and being able to sit on the lanai or walk on the beautiful beach. The location in Kapa’a was so convenient to groceries, and stores and some really excellent restaurants. “Great property located close to Coconut market place. The listing does say it has a Gym but it does not have one on property or near by. Not a big deal but it should be corrected. We did not realize that it didn’t have air conditioning and that is normally a must have when we go to the islands. However there is good cross ventilation from the windows front to back and it turned out to be sufficient. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and highly recommended this unit. 4/23/26 to 5/3/26”
