“Great room and friendly staff”

“The swimming pool and gym room are unavailable under covid 19. it is quite expensive without them. The room is nice but not clean, there is a lot of bugs in the room. Some of the pillows are smelly. By the way, This apartment is close to the showground.”

“This is a really nice hotel to stay at, conveniently located for both driving and public transport. It's also sat on top a pub which is great! Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is clean and feels modern. My room wasn't the biggest, but plenty large enough as a base from which to explore Melbourne. The guest laundry is well stocked with washers, dryers, irons and detergent. It can get a little noisy at times as it's sat right next to a busy road, but mostly wasn't too……

“There are some minor damage on the bow plates and cups. the ventilation system was not good, in toilets and the cloth washing area. ”

“No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.”

“good value spot to stay -- room could do with a microwave but otherwise clean and comfortable”

“The place hadn't been cleaned, or it was done poorly. Only half a roll of toilet paper. Window winder broken, no fly screens and no air conditioning so mozzies were a problem.”

“We stay for 2 nights and car parking is very big. Staff very nice and very details to guide us how to parking. And the hotel also have shopping place. If go to central, take train very close within free zone area. ”

“很乾淨很舒服很寬敞的一間公寓，我們抵達時房東Govett已經在門口等候我們，人很親切，服務很好。走路到Free Tram Zone也算近(約8分鐘)，離維多利亞市場、超市也很近，若有時間，非常推薦從公寓漫步穿越royal park到zoo。”

“No, the balcony was definitely mot scenic, the view it offered was other warehouse roofs and frankly, made me a little uncomfortable. The stove in the roof was difficult to operate We never cooked. Staff, Luke was exceptionally nice. Helpful with things in the area.”

“設備很好，房間很新穎，但其中一間馬桶有嚴重裂痕未修補。另一點是即使我們有付停車位的費用，但很常停不到飯店的車位（已停滿）這點在使用上非常不便，很可惜。 樓下轉角有間超市，購物很方便，飯店對面的台灣小吃非常好吃。”
