Oranjestad Royal Plaza Mall Hotels

"Loved how clean it was, near a big supermarket, near the streetcar, and not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bus terminal is also a 20 minute walk away, from which you can take buses to many places (airport, eagle beach, palm beach etc). The only thing I did not like is breakfast was not included. "

"Hotel was clean. The staff was super nice and the location was superb. It’s on eagle beach…not many bars near by but driving over to palm beach wasn’t bad. There’s an entire strip of bars for the young folks like me! The hotel is super dead at night besides whatever talent they book for the night(they were still good). The drinks for the most part are top shelf(they have Hennessy). The food at the buffet is really good and I would recommend going to club Margot. There’s so much to do in Aruba. I would recommend renting a car but there’s plenty taxis if you choose not to! Bring swim shoes…some of the beaches are rocky in Aruba "

"The resort it self was very nice, however the first room that I was in need it some love. The chairs were stained and the room was run down. 700 building. Then I was moved to the other side of the resort where the room were newer, with an amazing view! The staff for the most part were very nice an accommodating except for the coffee lady and reservations/ excursions desk. They were very rude and seemed that me even talking to them was annoying them and talking with other guests they felt the same way, also very difficult to get reservations at the hotel restaurants, seems that they might be under staffed and when you stay at an all inclusive you expect to be able to eat at whatever restaurant that belong to that resort without issue. The restaurant that we were able to go to were very good! Entertainment or lack of was a big negative to me also. Not sure if I would revisit this property again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Wonders. The grounds and garden area are so peaceful and relaxing. We had breakfast there every morning and it was great. They have chairs, towels, beach bags and snorkeling gear available to borrow. They also had aloe and sunscreen that you could help yourself to and there are snacks/drinks available for purchase. The two cats that live on grounds were a great addition. There were a few little bodegas within a five minute walk and downtown Oranjestad, with many shops and restaurants, was an easy 20 minute walk. Wonders also provides a free shuttle to Eagle or Palm beach daily around 10am. Overall we had a great stay and recommend Wonders for those looking for calm, tranquility and convenience. "

"I was plesantly surprised the place doesn't look like much from the outside. But when you get inside to the pool area and the way everything is set up, it is tranquil. I'm beautiful if you're looking for a lot of action. This is not the place for you, but if you're looking for a beautiful, clean tranquil place with nice service. And good people, this is the place bed's are amazingly comfortable slept like a baby. Some of the room's are small. I had a womb with a king-sized bed. Which was spacious everything was great"

"Great location walking distance of beach, shops, restaurants. Exterior is very nice but interior definitely needs attention. Need good paint job thru entire unit including doors, all furnishing needs be updated very dated furniture Linen very limited only one towel pp for 2people for the week. Had ask for more towels of which he accommodated but only towel. If you need wash cloths and hand towels be sure to ask for those as well. Had to ask please turn hot water up really like to have hot shower Pillows were very flat and only a thin blanket was provided. I suppose you get what you pay for. Exterior of property very lovely and just across the road from ocean. No view to speak of but felt very safe. "

"We were not aware that is property was self serve. No house keeping, no clock and no safe. We were able to adjust. The location of the apartment was not accurate as we were suppose to have a water view not a parking lot view. Will have to be more careful in the future and check details more closely before booking."
