“We had a lovely stay at the Piersland house to attend a wedding at a nearby hotel. The breakfast was very delicious with a good selection of local produce. The hotel is in a great location for amenities in Troon.”

“The guest house was excellent except others using it were not. Signs are needed to close doors quietly as front door bangs very loudly. Those leaving also banged their doors. Arguments in hall in middle of night was awful. I understand this is not owners fault but signage asking to be respectful of others may help. We were wakened at 2am till 4am with the noise. No concern over room which was great.”

“Room was spotless, great shower. Bed was really comfortable. The food from the restaurant was excellent and service was great. 4 EV chargers which allowed us to charge up before going home. Only couple of issues, I filled in online the “pre checkin” form to save time (hotels words not mine). But when I got to reception I had to complete it again. Iron in the room was all sticky too. Small issues, hotel was great”

“It was like home from home environment, visiting family. The hose/owner was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. I stayed In a single room which was just right and a shared bathroom. TV, single bed, wardrobe, sink and mirror, along with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was delicious.”
