absolutely lovely hotel! they staff were so kind and incredibly helpful. they rooms were nice and clean and the area itself is perfect for walking around to do some shopping. the train station is a 5-7 minute walk away which is also a plus. would happily stay here again!

Amazing stay - excellent check in ( very friendly girl at the check in). Stayed in the Junior Suite - it was very large, very clean, styled very very nicely. Really great location ( walked aprox 8 min from train station, with full luggage with no issues). Close to great resturants and some bars with some shopping. Really enjoyed the stay.

Fabulous room, exceptional staff/service.

A few days in TW and wanted to be in the middle of it. Fabulous comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The staff were exceptional and even gave us a bottle of champers for our 20th wedding anniversary. Brilliant stay.
