「we love this place. We stay in a lot of different places and this one is one of our favorites. Clean, comfy beds and rooms. The staff are kind and helpful, they provide that personal interaction and care that sets them above most places.」

「Beautiful property. I wish we day more than one night there so we could have had time just to sit on the porch taking in the river and surrounding nature. Maybe on a return trip…. Then We can try their restaurant too. It’s a relaxing place and the cider place next door has tasty cider.」

「The place is nice and away from the city. The place is very rustic and cozy, great if you are looking for something that gets you away from technology. Rooms don’t have a tv and the internet is a little slow, but the grounds are beautiful. Come early for the wine, the bar closes early and staff isn’t around after it closes.」

「The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was nice but very small and awkward to climb stairs to use it. Overall, loved the location, walking distance to restaurants & stores. Remotion winery tasting room on site had the best wine. Excellent stay, thank you.」

「Staff good, but old style hotel」

「Excellent overnight stay while driving from Washington to California. Hotel staff was very ready with lots of recommendations on nearby restaurants and gas stations.」

「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms...

「Clerk and cleaning crew banged on my door at check out time and forced me to leave. Mind you, I have booked for the next day on Expedia and they didn’t see it through their system. Very rude and unprofessional customer service! Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room.」

「Very old and small motel located in the old area in Medford. I would give it a better review at beginning. However, the breakfast was too simple and no place to eat. So, the price is not so cheap.」
