"The desk attendant was very helpful when we needed a room change due to a toilet that was not working. She even provided us a room upgrade! Another employee let us know that we could watch the football game that was on Prime on the lounge TV on a channel in our room. We are grateful for that. Meals and drinks are very nice."

"Excellent accommodations . We had an accessible room with a phone in the bathroom for emergency’s. Handicap shower didn’t work but the other one did Very clean , beds were great , pillows stiff but overall great!!"
