“I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so……

“The rooms were clean and had lots of fresh towels. The bed was comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. I was a little bit the breakfast would be a simple one but they had all the food my family wanted, including biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, and an assortment of muffins. The only thing I would add is sausage and bacon to add to the gravy.”

“The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. “This place was really nice. I had no complaints about the room. It was amazing. What was so disappointing is booking with a resort with no amenities or food services. It’s really a glorified hotel. ”
