We enjoyed our stay. Very confortable acomodación. My only suggestion is to use a pest control. We found a couple of big and scary spiders and spiderwebs in the restroom.

The house was beautiful a nice view, it was a quiet and relaxing place to stay with our family, nice kitchen love to cook for the whole family, one thing I was looking for to rent for a pet free home and this one has lots of hair one bed specially, once we arrived I lay down just rest a little bit my shirt was full of pet hair that was gross, and the air condition didn’t work correctly it was very warm during the day, our first time staying in Ruidoso a beautiful place on the mountains

Disappointing

The property is nice but unfortunately it was left dirty and uncleaned. Dirty dishes were in the cabinets and inside the oven. Stove top was cooked on and not cleaned prior to our arrival. We found multiple spiders in the lower bedrooms. Master bedroom carpet has stains, and the toilet was coming off from the floor. It was hard to sleep due to a tree rubbing on the house when the wind blows. Two beds had hair in them like it was uncleaned. Shower also had hair and a used loofah in it. Once again, property is nice, just needs better upkeep.
