Outstanding hotel , from professional and friendly reception staff, to the wonderful relaxing time in the spa, to our stunning room. The housekeeping here is spot on, the staff at reception, breakfast service and the chefs are friendly and kind. This is why we choose Voco every time! Sometimes things are slightly wrong but everyone is so quick to help and fix it, you can't complain.
