The only thing decent about our stay was the quick check-in because it was mainly on-line and the staff was nice enough. Other than that, the room was terrible, with fixtures misting or broken, the beds were horribly uncomfortable. I might as well have been sleeping on a futon mattress. And the shape of the building and facility itself was maybe a little better than shambles, with covered, non-functioning pool included.

Worse hotel ever - horrible customer service. Checked in to rm 228 a room with 2 beds for 4 guests. Walked in to 1 towel for 4 of us and stained wash cloth. Spider crawling in the bath tub spout. 8 extra rolls of toilet paper but not enough towels for all guests. Upon asking front desk for towels we were refused towels because our friends staying in room 226 also with 4 guests got the extra towels so we couldn't get any. She said if you want towels go in the laundry rm and wash the towels and take them. Front desk was a horribly rude lady who said take the toilet paper rolls and roll yourself in it and accused us of lying about having not enough towels in the room. We even told her to come check out rm but she never bothered. Said to go call Expedia and tell them and check out since we paid a cheap low discounted rate. Wash cloth has a dirty black stain and looked like it was not washed. Toilet has a stain in it like it was not washed. Room key stopped working around 12 am and went back down to her to get the key fixed and she was rude. Asked her for a list of amenities the room should have and she said i don't know, then asked her name and she said i don't know and she walked away. Rude person with no communication skills and should be fired. Don't stay here - take your business somewhere else! There is no way these nasty rooms could pass any kind of inspection.

We do not have a TV, room is filthy, shower is covered in brown dirt at the bottom, only 2 towels for 4 people- lady at front desk refused to give more towels or her name and actually told us to “wrap up in the toilet paper.”

They lied in there advertising 1 their pool is not done. 2 there is NO Breakfast the room for it looked to have furniture in it but she said we don't have that. 3 the lighting in the room sucks at the sink the light there is so dark even if you turn the light on were the toilet and shower are it's not any better.4 You have 4 channels on the TV. 5 You try to use the plugins and there loose and when you turn the lights off if you have something plugged in it turns it off so if your charging your phone while you're sleeping it's not charging. 6 They don't have coffee not in the lobby or in the rooms.

The customer service was amazing. No one bothered us and the place at night was so qell litt that the comfort of safety was high. Nothing in our room was ever touched or moved and my only complaint would be that ants were in the bathroom.

Room was dirty door lock didnt work 5hen gave us another room but someone was already sleeping there.trash everywhere mattress stacked outside trash bags oen and getting flies from the current residents that live there..we didnt even stay couldn't find another hotel so we went home worst experience ever also felt very unsafe

Nothing like the pictures . Old , run down , outdated , and gross . Definitely misleading from the pictures posted and will NOT be returning . Good customer service though
