"Very smooth process, from checkin to checkout. The property is excellent, very clean, had all amenities, and all the nice touches, from the little soaps to the coffee pods. It has a spacious balcony for the morning coffee. Short walks to everyone, from the train station to the city. Quiet and safe. Very accommodating hosts. "Good communication and 15 minute walk to old town. Very comfortable bed. Didn’t state there was a washing machine which I was very pleased about when I arrived! Cutlery and pans weren’t 100% clean and there is a chopping knife for food missing but apart from that, great little place. Early check out at 9:30 but the host allowed me to stay until 10:00."

"The apartment is convenient even if you don't have a car. It is about a 30-minute walk from the airport, about 15 minutes from the train station, and the bus stop is very close. Apart from the fact that the apartment only has 1 window in one bedroom, it is clean and the owners did not skimp on providing supplies. "The owner of the apartment was very polite and kind to us. He allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment until check-in time, which really helped us during our walk around the city. The apartment is nice and located on the ground floor, which means you can hear all the noise from the neighbors. The mentioned kitchen is not a real kitchen, as it doesn’t have a sink or a stove, so you can’t actually cook there. We didn’t need to, but some people might, so it’s important to know this....

"Trattandosi di un viaggio di lavoro non ho utilizzato le offerte come SPA e piscina. Ma, l'hotel è molto confortevole, possiede un vasto parcheggio gratuito, è ubicato in periferia (cosa che in una città piccola come Matera è realmente ininfluente) quindi senza le problematiche della ZTL e del traffico mattutino urbano. La colazione è ottima e variegata (potrebbe migliorare se le bevande calde fossero preparate a richiesta e non con la "macchinetta", che non fa un caffè o un cappuccino di qualità adeguata al gusto di un cliente italiano). Stanza confortevole, ampia, con tutte le dotazioni necessarie (apprezzato l'angolo di lavoro con scrivania degna di questo nome, poltroncina ergonomica e punto luce). Menzione di lode per la qualità di materasso, cuscini e biancheria del letto. Un filino rumoroso il climatizzatore."
