The location is fantastic and the views are amazing! We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing was that the pillows were really flat with almost no support- get new pillows and this would be 100% perfect!

The view from the room and deck were incredible and as described. The bed and pillows were very comfortable enabling a great night's sleep. The condo was clean and the neighborhood is very safe. There is a lovely beach within walking distance or a 3 min drive (see pic) and we loved walking the shoreline and taking in the view. Nearby you will find the Rye Lobster Pound (casual - maybe 10 min drive) and the Carriage House (upscale- approx. 12-15 minute drive) - both delicious. Most importantly, the property manager had excellent communication and was very attentive to all needs. This personal touch makes all the difference.

Vacation with a View!
Enjoy the View in the living room. Enjoy the view with a coastal breeze on the deck. Take a scenic 15-minute ramble in the view of the beach. Then chill on the beach. Return to the rental and cook or a 15-minute drive into Portsmouth for In-town dining.

Stress-Free Weekend With Amazing Views
I booked the trip rather last minute, but I was impressed at how quickly it was to communicate with the renter. The view is picturesque and absolutely gorgeous. If I had any questions, I was given responses very quickly. My partner and I actually slept on the couch instead of the bed so that we could wake up with the view and sound of the ocean as close as possible. It was perfect! Nice and private, wouldn’t have known there was anyone else is the other couple units of the home. Literally steps to the beach and quick drive to town and Portsmouth/Kittery! We definitely will be staying again!

Fall getaway
We always come to the New England coastline in the fall and this was our first time in Rye. The place was wonderful. Very clean and well kept. And the view was spectacular!!! On the second floor your don’t even know the road is there.
My only suggestion would be to have a removable insert for the stairwell down to the next unit. It’s a little close to the couch and could be a little bit of a slip and fall thing.

Stunning open ocean views! This second floor one bedroom unit was clean and spacious with large open air side deck. Best suited for 2 people as the pull out sofa bed was not as comfortable for an added adult.

Beautiful and comfortable
The check in process was extremely straightforward and this place had a great view of the ocean. Everything was comfortable and clean. Only thing is the walls are very thin making it so you can hear and feel (feeling being the vibrations of any music played) anyone in the rooms next door or below. Other than that everything was perfect.

Beautiful view
The view from the deck and the living room are gorgeous. Very comfortable and definitely enough room 1 or 2 people. As others have said it is a house that has been split into several units. The old stairway is still in the apartment but closed off with a door. You could definitely hear noise from the other units. So if you have a noise sensitivity like me be advised.
I would definitely stay again but not on a busy week

Not like pictures shown ants linens dirty
Very sad to say not happy. Location treated for ants before arriving and were not told ants still there. No outdoor furniture like pictures and were not told would not be there. Linens floors shower curtain dirty. Management aware and we’re nice to call but I already cleaned and brought my own linens. Had to purchase a new blanket and was met with ants on the couch while trying to relax. Hadn’t traveled in 3 years and this was disappointing and ended up leaving earlier than planned. Super not happy

Lovely accommodations, great location.
We had a wonderful stay at Snug Harbor. The unit was well-equipped, comfortable, and decorated very nicely. This unit is one of several units in one large house, so we could hear noises and banging occasionally from other units. Since we were upstairs, we had some complaints from the downstairs unit that we were loud...which was stressful as we tried to tiptoe and not make much noise when home. I would recommend a quite couple stay in this unit, not someone with kids.
